Description

Framed vintage 1992 art print titled “Morning Delivery, Paris” by artist Chun (Lau Chun). The piece depicts a Parisian street scene with flower vendors and pedestrians, rendered in Chun’s impressionistic style. The print is signed in plate and titled beneath the image. Presented in a gilt frame with double matting. Frame backing is paper-sealed with hanging wire attached. Overall in good condition with only light signs of age. Lau Chun is a Chinese-American artist known for his impressionistic style, characterized by vivid color, soft light, and emotionally expressive scenes. Trained in classical drawing in China and later influenced by European Impressionists, he developed a layered oil-painting technique that creates depth and luminosity. Throughout his decades-long career, Chun has depicted landscapes, city scenes, and island life, focusing on mood and atmosphere rather than strict realism. Dimensions: H: 16" | W: 18".
