Description
This novelty desk or shelf clock is crafted from a genuine used Brooks 65 aluminum racing piston and its original connecting rod, repurposed into a functional industrial-style timepiece. The piston comes from a high-performance racing engine, likely used in drag racing where engines can reach speeds over 300 mph, and it retains minor “battle scars” from real track use. A modern battery-operated quartz clock insert with black Arabic numerals and gold-toned hands is fitted into the crown of the piston. Made in the USA. H: 10.25" | W: 4" | L: 4", good condition.
