Description
A heavy-duty, mid-20th-century desk accessory, this industrial tape dispenser was manufactured by the Minnesota Mining & Mfg. Co., now known as 3M. Produced circa 1940s, it features the classic “whale tail” silhouette, a design that preceded the later iconic snail-shaped model introduced in 1939. Constructed from solid cast iron, it is notably heavy and stable. H: 3" | W: 5", good condition.
