Description
This cast bronze or brass bowl features a rich verdigris patina on the exterior, giving it a distinctive aged green coloration, while the interior and decorative accents maintain a warm polished brass finish. Designed in a classic rounded form with a footed base, the piece includes a matching lid topped with an ornate, sculpted flower and leaf finial. Fine incised concentric rings on the lid enhance its refined Art Deco aesthetic. In the style of Danish-American metal artist Carl Sorensen. Stamped “Italy” on the base. H: 3" | W: 4.5", good condition.
