Werner D1220-2 Type II 20ft Aluminum Extension Ladder with a duty rating of 225lb and interlocking side rails. Features smooth operating pulley with polypropylene rope, 1.75" slip-resistant Traction-Tred D rungs, spring-loaded locks and SHU-LOK and spur plate foot design. Good condition. Please note that Lots 1A through 39A, which includes this item, will not be available for pick-up at our Roseville warehouse. Instead, these items must be picked up on Saturday, August 24th, between 10 AM and 1 PM at an estate located on Redstone Court in Granite Bay, CA, 95746. The winning bidder will receive the exact address. If you cannot pick up items in Granite Bay during the specified time, please refrain from bidding on Lots 1A through 39A. This instruction applies only to Lots 1A-39A! All other items in this auction will be picked up from our Roseville warehouse during normal pick-up hours.
