Description
Hand Painted Lusterware Dish with a uniquely scalloped orange rim, decorated with illustration of a crane amongst reeds. The iridescent quality is the result of a metallic glaze that is applied during the last firing. Made in Japan circa 1920 - 1940. Measures approximately 1.75" tall with 6.75" diameter. Good condition.
