Vintage Zowie MFG Co. Leather Honing Razor Strop Sharpener. Stamped with maker's mark. Used to straighten, sharpen and polish straight razors and knives. The strop has two sides, the leather side is made for sharpening the blades edge while the canvas side removes unwanted debris.
