Description
This lot contains a pair of vintage ceramic tile and cast iron trivets made by Cherry of Japan. One of the trivets features a “King of Prussia 1709” design, in reference to King of Prussia; a town in the Upper Merion region of Pennsylvania. The other trivet features a green and red design depicting the English Royal Crown with the words “Kings Grant 1791 Chas. Lamb. Propr.” Both of these trivets also feature holes near the top of the cast iron parts that allow the trivets to be hung from a wall. Each trivet measures approximately 5.75” x 8.5”, and are in good condition.
