Description
This lot contains a vintage Ambico-Tele-Cine Converter. This system was used in conjunction with a 35mm film projector and a video camera, and worked by having the projector project the contents of the slides into a special projection box that contains a special high-precision optics and a high-contrast rear projection screen. Then, the user would take a video camera and record the contents of this screen, effectively re-recording the slides and converting them to video. The converter also has the capability to accept custom title cards. The kit comes with the teleconverter projection box and several lens attachments. The box measures approximately 7” x 5.75” x 7”, and the items are in good condition.
