Description
The Vivitar 70-150mm f/3.8 Close Focusing Auto Zoom was a fixed mount lens distributed by Vivitar. It is believed that Kino Precision manufactured the lens in the 1980s, and this lens became one of Vivitar’s most successful fixed mount lenses due to the focal range that was covered when paired with a 2x tele-converter, which increased the maximum zoom to 140-300mm with high resolution. The aperture range of the lens is capable of f/1:3.8 to f/22, and the lens also comes with a built in extending lens hood. This lens is built with a Nikon Auto Mount (N-AI), and also comes with its original lens cap. The lens measures approximately 2.25” in diameter and 6” long when fully extended, and is in excellent condition.
