Rare Child Baseball Cap Hat Hand Sewn Boy With Unique Baseball Attached. Very cute small child baseball cap hat. Appears to be hand made or at least stitching of baseball player is hand made. I couldn't find a single match. Not even close. I only know its from 1940s to 1950s because the entire box was all that era baby items. Nothing past 1950s in this box. Could be one of a kind. Champ was also hand sewn into cap. Please see pictures.
