Description
"Lover in Disguise" Trent Doll produced by The Ashton-Drake Galleries as part of the Gene Marshall Collection. Gene is a collectible fashion doll inspired by the Golden Age of Hollywood. Created by Mel Odom, she debuted in 1995 and was one of the first large fashion dolls targeted towards adult collectors. The Gene line was produced by Ashton-Drake from 1995-2005, then by Integrity Toys from 2006-2010. Trent was introduced to the doll line in 2001. As part of the Gene Marshall Collection, the Trent dolls feature collector-quality vinyl with a finish that mimics fine porcelain, hand-painted features and a wardrobe crafted of quality fabrics with impeccable tailoring details, with vintage accessories designed precisely to scale. This Trent doll was released in 2001. Comes with story leaflet, tag signed by Mel Odom, pictured outfit and accessories. Stand not included. Measures approximately 16" tall. There is some damage to the boots, otherwise good condition.
