Description
Terry Avon Redlin (July 11, 1937-April 24, 2016) was an American artist popular for painting outdoor themes and wildlife, often pictured in twilight. During the 1990s he was frequently named "America's most popular artist" in annual gallery surveys conducted by U.S. Art magazine. "Evening Rehearsals" depicts an idyllic Christmas scene outside of the town hall, with horses, a sleighs filled with gifts, and a pair of dogs laying in the snow. While the townsfolk are in the town hall caroling, one of the dogs is howling along to the singing. This piece is a limited edition lithograph signed by the artist, and measures approximately 43" by 30". Piece is in great condition.
