Description
Green Lincoln Rocker with velvet-like upholstered seat, arms and shaped button back. The wood frame has carved features on the crest and arms of the chair. Comes with a small decorative pillow. The chair measures approximately 23"W x 41.5"H x 36"D. There are some scuff marks on the back of the legs, otherwise in good condition. The Lincoln Rocker gets its name from being a favorite of the 16th US President, Abraham Lincoln. It is said that he loved to relax in this chair in the White House and was often photographed sitting in it. Its popularity has endured over time and it remains one of the most iconic pieces of furniture ever made. May 13th & May 14th 11:30AM - 2PM (winning bidders will receive the precise location) -If you can't make pick-up on these dates DO NOT BID! The home is being emptied after pick-up on May 14th.
