Description
J.W. Dant cobalt blue glass decanter commemorating the American Legion’s 50th anniversary, 1919–1969, with a round stopper bearing a gold-tone anniversary emblem. The front label depicts a World War I soldier and a Legionnaire, and the reverse has a molded eagle, shield and stars. The side label identifies the commemorative bottling and reads “4/5 QUART.” The side label has paper loss, the tax strip is torn, and the stopper decoration shows wear.
