Description
Two vanity pieces with sterling silver handles. A shoe horn with a tapered handle engraved with flowers, scrolls and a monogram cartouche, a ringed collar and plain metal horn, stamped STERLING with an R, a small device and CO in three cartouches. A nail file with a beaded-border handle engraved with a script monogram and stamped STERLING; its steel blade has rust spots and staining at the collar. Total weight 84 g (2.70 troy oz) for both complete pieces, handles and working ends combined.
