Description
Round compact coin purse in 925 silver, the rim struck 925 with the German crescent and crown mark, a small flower device, DEPOSE and an oval mark. The front has a black enamel center painted with roses and tulips inside a white guilloché enamel ring and black enamel floral border; the back is engine-turned. A ball kiss-lock opens to a mirror, a flap compartment and two spring coin holders, and it hangs from a link chain. The mirror is heavily desilvered and the interior tarnished. Total weight 193 g gross (6.21 troy oz) for the whole purse with chain, mirror and enamel.
