Description
Sterling silver clothes brush by Alvin Mfg. Co. with long pale bristles, an oval back repoussé with scrolls, flowers and beaded borders, and an upright scrolled handle with a script monogram. The rim is struck with a crescent C mark, STERLING, the Alvin A-in-cartouche trademark, 250C and PAT. APD. FOR. Total weight 43 g for the complete brush, including bristles and inner stock.
