Description
Pair of decorative penjing trees with orange-red blossom petals and yellow bead stamens on wire-wrapped branches, each set in a white ceramic pot. The pots are painted in enamels, one with a lady in a garden and one with a bird among flowering branches, and inscribed with Chinese characters on the reverse. The wire branches show oxidation and the pots have staining.
