Description
Italian hand-painted pottery cachepot with a square bombé body, four scroll feet and a pierced band beneath the rim. Applied blue daisies, yellow and orange rose flowers and green leaves accompany painted blue flowers and green scrolls on a cream glaze. The underside is painted “Italy.” Recorded size is 5 × 5 inches and 4 inches high. A dark hairline is visible on the front panel, with small losses at applied flower edges.
