Description
Japanese kimekomi doll of a seated boy with long black hair tied in a topknot in the Heian court manner, dressed in a navy brocade costume woven with gold, orange and silver flowers over a pale green collar. He holds a tasseled red-orange cord tied to a dark bell. The doll, corded bell and glossy black rectangular display base are separate pieces.
