Description
Plastic shamisen souvenir from the Izu-Nagaoka hot spring town, its cream face lettered 伊豆長岡 with the hot spring symbol and a short brushed verse, with three strings, a bridge, cream tuning pegs and an orange brocade band. It rests on a black base backed by a gold-tone lattice screen with a dancer's silhouette beside a lantern reading 伊豆の踊子 (Izu no Odoriko, The Izu Dancer).
