Description
Sterling silver dance purse by Watrous Mfg. Co., stamped with the W-in-crescent mark, STERLING and 753 on the inner rim, on a paperclip-link wrist chain. The front is engraved with a script monogram and the back with flowers and scrolls around a vacant cartouche. Inside are a pierced trefoil bill clip in the lid, a mirrored compact compartment and two spring coin holders. The scale photograph shows approximately 107 g for the complete purse and chain, including the interior fittings; this is gross assembled weight.
