Description
Folk art cowbell with an iron clapper, hand-painted on an olive green ground. One face has a stylized red tulip over red and pink roses, ringed by yellow, blue, white and purple blossoms with dark leaves; the reverse has a cream dotted lattice framed by scrolls, and the narrow sides are red. Paint is worn on the handle and rim.
