Description
Heavy gauge steel cylinder in a dark phosphate finish, the upper end drawn to a closed dome, the lower end stepping out to a flanged collar cut with bayonet slots and an internal locking tab for a quarter-turn fit. A two-piece hinged steel clamp is secured to the shaft.
