Description
Turned maple lidded box with a pyrography portrait of Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest on the cover, the hair, beard and braided collar worked in fine burned hatching. Five-pointed stars ring the drum sides. Lift-off lid; the subject's name is scripted in burn beneath, with a small burned monogram on the cover.
