Description
Bing & Grøndahl 1972 Mother's Day annual plate with bas-relief mare and nursing foal designed by Henry Thelander, in blue and white underglaze. Inscribed "Mors Dag 1972" on the front; reverse carries the green three-tower backstamp "B&G / MADE IN DENMARK / COPENHAGEN PORCELAIN" with model number "8000/9372", printed "Mother's Day", and a hand-applied blue mark resembling "E". Wired for hanging.
