Description
Original mixed-media calligraphy in ink, watercolor, and torn-paper collage, hand-lettered in an italic hand with the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry line "A rock pile ceases to be a rock pile the moment a single man contemplates it, bearing with him the image of a cathedral" from Flight to Arras. Signed at the lower left with a red artist's chop over an indistinct gold-ink signature. Framed under glass with a wire on the back for hanging.
