Steinway & Sons Model I Upright Grand piano, New York, 1902, with matching bench and assorted sheet music. Serial 106645 on the plate; string frame cast "UPRIGHT GRAND STRING FRAME" with capo d'astro bar patented November 21, 1893. Mahogany case. Single-family ownership for the past 50 years, kept in climate-controlled homes; never refinished. All keys and pedals play; last tuned around 13 years ago.
