Description
Original abstract impressionist oil painting titled "Bright Day" by American artist Jose Trujillo (b. 1982, Tucson, Arizona), worked in heavy palette-knife and brush impasto across a loosely abstracted landscape in red, teal, blue, green, purple, and ochre. The verso is hand-inscribed "Bright Day," and the lot is accompanied by the artist's printed Certificate of Authenticity reading "JOSE TRUJILLO Original Oil Painting (not a reproduction)."
