Description
A set of five hand-sculpted stoneware woodland figures by Fresno artist Margaret Hudson, founder of Earth Arts Studio (est. 1972). The set includes two larger seated bears, a small bear cub, a reclining bear formed as a bowl or planter with paws gripping the rim, and a crouching squirrel. The bears are red-brown clay with combed fur texturing and smiling faces. The squirrel is a lighter gray-tan clay with a plume tail. Each piece is hand-sculpted, high-fired stoneware, suitable for indoor or outdoor display.
