Description
Matched two-piece Art Deco smoking and vanity set, comprising a square cigarette case and a smaller square compact. Each is gilt base metal with a teal guilloche-style enamel border framing a prong-set oval plaque of carved green hardstone worked in low relief. The cigarette case has an engine-turned waffle-pattern interior, the compact retaining its fitted mirror and powder well.
