Description
Hand-blown cobalt blue glass charger of shallow circular form, with a flat marly, a raised central well, and a recessed center. The transparent cobalt glass shows scattered seed bubbles and faint concentric tooling marks across the well, with a tooled pontil area and a clear glass inclusion to the underside.
