Description
Hand-operated rotary pinking tool marketed as "The Perfect Pinker," a Crane Brand "Florian Product" attributed to the Metropolitan Cutlery Co. The scissor-form device is built of painted steel with finger loops and a black-enameled head housing a serrated cutting wheel that bears against a smooth metal anvil disc. The grey-green arm is impressed "THE PERFECT PINKER" above U.S. Patent No. 2,174,222, granted to Berkeley J. Florian on September 26, 1939.
