Description
Six square hand-painted papier-mâché lacquer coasters with a matching lidded box in the Kashmiri tradition. Each piece is built on a papier-mâché core and finished in clear lacquer over dense polychrome floral "hazara" (thousand flowers) decoration, with black-lacquered rims and box interior, the coaster undersides backed in green felt.
