Description
Original oil on canvas titled "The Sparrow," painted in 2019 by self-taught impressionist Jose Trujillo (b. 1982, Tucson, Arizona). A perched songbird in navy, rufous, and ochre against a high-key ground of yellow, green, and blue, worked alla prima on a gallery-wrapped canvas; the artist's monogram appears lower left and the verso is inscribed "The Sparrow" in pencil. Accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity on Jose Trujillo letterhead.
