Description
Anatolian-style flat-woven kilim runner in slit-tapestry technique, worked in repeating horizontal bands centered on stepped diamond medallions with serrated hooked edges and flanking stepped triangular motifs. The wool ground is predominantly rust and saffron with salmon-pink, olive-green, dark brown, purple, and ivory accents, the narrow ends finishing in twisted warp fringe.
