Description
Aiwa CX-Z670U compact disc stereo system, a three-piece shelf system pairing the stacked main component with two matching Aiwa bookshelf speakers, manufactured February 1995 per the rear label. It combines a "CD3" three-disc rotary changer with Disc Skip and Disc Direct Play, an AM/FM tuner section with Super T-Bass and video/phono/aux input, an electronic graphic equalizer with preset modes, and a dual cassette deck with synchro recording, auto reverse, and high-speed dubbing, its window displaying "20w + 20w." The rear plate reads "MODEL NO. CX-Z670U COMPACT DISC STEREO SYSTEM," "AIWA CO., LTD.," "AC 120V," "POWER CONSUMPTION 55W," and "MADE IN MALAYSIA." The factory Z-670-series service manual rates this amplifier at 20 watts per channel into 6 ohms, consistent with the displayed output. Good condition, clean overall with light surface wear and dust consistent with age. Main unit measures 12 × 14 × 15 in (L × W × H).
