Octagonal faceted blue glass cased wind-up alarm clock with a gilt filigree scrollwork bezel set with clear rhinestones. Dial marked "ELGIN" and "ALARM" with applied gilt baton and Arabic hour markers; back plate stamped "WESTERN GERMANY".
