Description
Group of three vintage pressed or cut glass bowls featuring distinctive diamond geometric and starburst patterns. The pieces display a heavily textured diamond point/hobnail pattern on the outer walls and an intricate starburst/sunburst motif radiating from the center base. These styles were popular in mid-20th-century pressed glass collections by manufacturers like Arcoroc France and Indiana Glass. There is a low, shallow coaster or small plate, a rounded berry, fruit, or candy bowl, and one with a removable metal rim made of chrome or silver plate, which sits along the top edge of the serving bowl for an elegant accent.
