Description
Pair of patinated bronze candlesticks of Empire form, each with a fluted tapering column rising to an urn-form socket with gadrooned rim, stippled body, and acanthus-leaf collar above a scalloped drip pan. The columns spring from lobed acanthus cups set on tripartite plinths with lion's paw feet and shell motifs, raised on concave-sided triangular bases.
