Description
Hand-stitched yo-yo coverlet made of gathered cotton circles joined at their edges to form a dense scalloped grid. Worked in small-scale floral, geometric, and polka-dot prints in blues, reds, yellows, and creams typical of mid-twentieth-century American dress cottons, with scattered four-circle rosettes set against a predominantly blue field.
