Released by Premier Albums Inc., New York, catalog number 2099; the memorial tribute was produced and broadcast by Radio Station WMCA on November 22, 1963 and narrated by Ed Brown. Front cover bears the Inaugural Address quotation 'Ask not what your country can do for you...'; reverse features printed tributes from Cardinal Cushing, Speaker McCormack, Chief Justice Warren, and Senator Mansfield.
