Description
Assortment of silverplate flatware in several patterns, housed in a hand-painted wooden flatware chest with chinoiserie decoration. One piece is marked "1847 ROGERS BROS IS" with the pattern name "Heritage"; other handles show ornate floral, scrolled, and streamlined designs. The chest is painted in white and copper on a celadon ground with pagoda, robed figure, mountains, and willow motifs.
