Description
Irish porcelain lidded jar in the Belleek Shamrock pattern, with a molded basketweave body, hand-painted green shamrocks, and a twig-form finial on the cover. Underside bears the green Belleek Ireland mark with round tower, wolfhound, and harp over a "Belleek Ireland" banner, accompanied by a "Deanta in Eirinn" roundel and "Reg No 0857." The added R-in-circle places this mark in use from 1955 to 1965.
