Description
Renaissance Revival cast iron armorial wall plaque, formed as an oval cartouche surmounted by a rampant griffin crest and backed by crossed arms. The central relief depicts a classical figure amid foliate scrollwork above a trophy of arms, with a sword, mace, and spiked morning star projecting from behind the shield.
