Bernina Model 217 industrial sewing machine head mounted on a steel industrial table with under-table clutch motor and gooseneck task lamp. The arm is marked "BERNINA" and the body is stamped "217 MADE IN SWITZERLAND." The 217 is a Swiss-built straight-stitch and zig-zag industrial machine produced in Steckborn.
