Description
A hand-blown art glass pumpkin, likely from the Harvest or Surreal collections by renowned glass artists such as Nick Leonoff or Luke Adams. These pieces are characterized by their rich autumnal colors, intricate internal patterns created through complex layering of glass powders, and distinctively coiled stems. Handcrafted in "hot shops" using traditional glassblowing methods, where molten glass is shaped, colored with fragments or powders, and blown into form. Because they are handmade, no two pumpkins are identical. They feature subtle variations in color swirls and "glimmers of detail" that make each a collector's item. A hallmark of these artisan pieces is the playfully coiled stem, made of a contrasting color. 5"H x 5"W Good condition.
