Description
A Chicago metallic professional 6-piece crème brulée set. This specialty bakeware kit is designed to easily prepare restaurant-quality crème brulée at home by using a water bath (bain-marie) method for even baking. Includes four 6-ounce porcelain ramekins, one 8-inch square aluminized steel pan, and one chrome wire interior rack that keeps the ramekins in place and elevated. Made from heavy-weight aluminized steel for superior heat conduction. Safe for use in the oven up to 450°F (232°C). Not intended for use under a broiler.
