A vintage mantel/desk clock manufactured by the Danbury Clock Company. It features a clear glass or crystal body with a "floating" dial, supported by decorative pillars. The frame uses a combination of brass and chrome (or silver-tone) finishes. Most versions of this style utilize a battery-powered quartz movement, sometimes with German mechanical components.
